About the role

Seeking a full time Qualified Baker/Apprentice Baker to join our team in Bakers Delight. An excellent chance for passionate bakers to contribute to the success of our growing bakeries. As a Qualified Baker or Apprentice Baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What you'll be doing
Preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to established recipes and procedures
Ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
Maintaining a clean and organised work workplace

What we're looking for
Formal qualification (if qualified) in baking or a related field, OR a commitment to completing an apprenticeship
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality and food safety standards




Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others
Excellent time management and organisational skills to meet production targets and deadlines
