Our client is open to considering junior candidates who have completed a Bachelor of Property or are currently studying and nearing completion of their degree.

THE ROLE:

Working closely with the commercial sales and leasing team, you will provide administrative support while also assisting with front-of-house duties.

Your responsibilities will include
Providing day-to-day administration support to the sales and leasing team
Assisting with property listings, marketing and advertising
Preparing sales and leasing documentation
Maintaining databases and updating property information
Assisting with front-of-house duties, including answering calls and welcoming visitors
Providing general office administration support as required

ABOUT YOU: We are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience in commercial real estate administration OR




Has completed a Bachelor of Property or is currently studying and nearing completion
Has a genuine interest in commercial real estate
Is well presented with strong communication skills
Is organised, proactive and has excellent attention to detail
Is confident using Microsoft Office
Is eager to learn and develop within the industry
