We are seeking a friendly and professional Medical Receptionist to join our team at WPRS in Warrnambool, Victoria. This role will be offered either permanent part time or a casual position.
As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors.
What you'll be doing
Greeting patients and visitors in a polite and professional manner
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Providing administrative support, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
Assisting with other office duties as required
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a receptionist or medical workplace
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in using office equipment and software
A friendly, skilled, and helpful demeanour
