Calleo is seeking multiple Service Desk Analysts to join a major Federal Government project based in Canberra. You will provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, manage incidents and requests, and help maintain IT operations in office.
The successful candidate will hold an NV1 security clearance, have Service Desk or IT Support experience, and bring solid troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills. Government or large-enterprise experience is desirable.
