EVT HQ is seeking a Transformation Business Analyst for a 12 month fixed term contract to streamline operations across hospitality and entertainment functions. You will lead LEAN improvement projects from diagnosis through to implementation and perks tracking, remove waste, and standardise how work gets done.

You’ll identify automation or AI opportunities, map current and future states, and quantify gains. Solid stakeholder engagement and delivery discipline are essential.
