About us

Bhevin Transport Pty Ltd is a road freight transport company operating a fleet of more than 20 heavy vehicles. Our dispatch, driver records, compliance and invoicing all run on cloud-based systems and mobile devices used by our drivers on the road. We are looking for an experienced ICT Support Engineer to keep these systems running smoothly and securely.

Key responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues affecting driver tablets, phones, telematics units and cloud platforms
Administer and configure fleet management, electronic work diary, dispatch and accounting systems, including user access and updates
Set up and manage driver devices and user accounts as staff start and leave
Apply security controls, multi-factor authentication and data backups, and test recovery
Develop support procedures and troubleshooting guides, and train drivers and management on systems
Review system records for errors or compliance gaps and recommend corrective action
Liaise with software and telecommunications vendors to escalate and resolve faults




Provide remote support, including outside standard office hours when required

Skills and experience
Bachelor degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in an ICT support or similar role
Working knowledge of cloud platforms, mobile device management, networking and IT security
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to support non-technical users remotely
Experience supporting transport or logistics systems is highly regarded

What We Offer
Competitive annual salary of $95,000 – $115,000 plus superannuation.
