About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pizza Chef to join our talented culinary team at the renowned WINDSOR HOTEL' in South Perth WA 6151. This is a full time position where you will be responsible for leading the pizza section and ensuring the highest quality and consistency of our delicious wood-fired pizzas.

What you'll be doing
Overseeing the daily operations of the pizza section, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
Developing and refining pizza recipes to enhance our menu offerings
Ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment in the pizza section
Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for necessary ingredients and supplies

What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pizza Chef or equivalent role in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
Proven expertise in wood-fired pizza preparation, including the ability to create authentic, flavourful pizzas
Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance
Creativity and innovative thinking to develop new pizza recipes and enhance the menu




Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of efficiency during peak service periods
