We are seeking a full time Paralegal to join our team.

Requirements
Experience: 1–2 years of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or in a similar role, preferably within an immigration law firm.
Immigration Experience: Experience with visa applications, tribunal matters, and immigration-related office operations.
English: Fluent written and spoken English is required.
Preferred but not required: Additional languages: Italian, Portuguese, or Mandarin.
Case & Project Management: Experience using Migration management systems, Google Workspace y/o Microsoft Office and Monday.
Reporting & Metrics: Ability to track key performance indicators and prepare explicit, timely reports.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.




Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with sound judgment and attention to detail.
Confidentiality: High level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
Independence: Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative, and manage responsibilities effectively.

What We’re Looking For A highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical professional who can work independently and thrive in a rapid-paced immigration law setting. Pay: $57,200.00 – $70,000.00 per year
