About the role

Our client is a global consultancy with a dedicated Guidewire practice delivering core system and digital programs for general insurers. They’re adding a Jutro Developer Lead to their digital team.

You’ll lead a small team of developers on Guidewire’s digital front end and work closely with client teams to turn requirements into working solutions.

What you’ll do
Lead developers on design, code reviews and merges
Build front-end apps on Guidewire Jutro and React, including MFEs and standalone apps
Integrate with Guidewire Cloud APIs, PolicyCenter and other platforms such as document management and finance
Work with BAs, project managers and client SMEs to shape solutions
Support releases across dev, QA, UAT and prod





What you’ll bring
Hands-on Guidewire Jutro experience (essential)
Solid React development
Guidewire Cloud experience: Cloud APIs, Digital SDK, APD, Testing Framework, Git/Bitbucket
Integration experience, ideally in insurance
Experience leading or mentoring developers
