Australia Post is seeking a friendly Retail Customer Service Officer in Sydney. This part time role covers 25 hours per week across rotating shifts at Bondi Junction, Potts Point, Paddington, and nearby post offices.

You’ll be front-facing, handling sales and service and helping customers with parcels, mail, and payments. You’ll join a supportive team with paid training, prospects for growth, and the chance to connect with the local community.
