About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pick Packer to join our warehouse operations team in Croydon South, Victoria. As a Pick Packer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately selected, packed, and prepared for dispatch. Your attention to detail and efficiency will directly contribute to our customer satisfaction and operational success.

Hours: 9am-4pm, immediate start

What you'll be doing
Accurately picking items according to customer orders and picking lists
Inspecting products for quality and damage before packing
Carefully packing items into boxes to ensure secure delivery
Labelling packages
Organising and maintaining a clean and protected work station
Collaborating with team members to meet daily order fulfilment targets
Following all health and safety protocols and company procedures
Loading and unloading pallets with a fork lift (fork lift license required)
Moving boxes when required

What we're looking for
Previous experience working as a Pick Packer,



warehouse operative, or in a similar logistics role
Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately read picking lists and order information
Physical capability to lift, carry, and move items regularly throughout your shift
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work efficiently to meet performance targets and deadlines
Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to high standards of work
Positive communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
A commitment to maintaining workplace safety and health standards
