General Public Scarborough is on the hunt for an experienced and reliable Chef or Kitchen Manager. We are a suburban venue with a solid focus on our local community and a big love for all things sourdough.

We are looking for someone who is available for a mix of shifts, throughout the week and with a rotating roster over the weekend. We are open to providing either casual or full time hours for this role.

An ideal GP Kitchen Manager should have the following:
A positive energy & attitude every day
Personal drive and strong work ethic
Experience with pizza is preferred. Minimum of 1 year spent in a kitchen cooking is a must
Experience in ordering and stock control.
Outstanding team work and communication skills. Ability to lead to a small kitchen time
Ability to prep and assist during busy service periods.
Desire to develop recent menu items and control costs

Pay rate will depend on experience and following the guidelines of the Restaurant Industry Award.
