Peter Alexander & Smiggle are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Online Customer Service team. You’ll support two iconic Australian brands during a busy Christmas/End of Year period, handling email and phone inquiries, orders, deliveries, returns and product questions.

This is a casual, seasonal prospect with hybrid working and versatile shifts from mid-November 2026 to late February 2027. Join a friendly, fast-paced team delivering excellent customer experiences.
