This isn’t a fill-in job.

We’re looking for the person who’ll own our kids and teens Muay Thai program for years to come. Someone who lights up when a shy 6-year-old lands their first clean kick. Someone who remembers every kid’s name and what they’re working on. Someone who loves Muay Thai and wants to pass it on.

The role

You’ll run every kids and teens class at ACSA, the same groups each week, term after term.
Teens (12–15): Mon + Wed, 3:45–5:15pm (class 4–5pm)
Kids: Tue + Thu, 4–6pm (Junior Kids 6–9: 4:15–5pm · Senior Kids 9–12: 5–5:45pm)

About 7 paid hours a week during school terms, including setup and time with parents. No classes in the school holidays, but we do run school holiday programs.

What you’ll do
Run fun, structured classes: pads, drills, games, technique
Keep every kid safe, included and switched on
Get kids ready for grading and watch them grow
Build trust with parents at drop-off and pick-up
Help shape where the program goes next

You
Love Muay Thai and martial arts, and love working with kids even more
Are reliable. You turn up on time, every week, prepared.
Are patient, positive and firm when you need to be
Want to get better as a coach, and want the kids to as well





Must haves
Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
Current First Aid + CPR
National Police Check (or willing to get one)

Nice to have
Muay Thai coaching experience, especially with kids
Fight or competition background

New to coaching? If you train Muay Thai and you’re excellent with kids, apply anyway. We’ll train you on our program and back you to grow into the role.

Pay: $38.00 – $45.00 per hour
