As a Room Attendant you’ll help with all aspects of housekeeping to ensure high standards are maintained.

Applications will only be accepted from Candidates who wish to work in a Full time or Part-Time contract.

Your day to day
Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture and fixtures.
Ensure that bathrooms are clean and stocked with towels, toiletries, and other essentials.
Replenish guest room supplies, including towels, linens, and amenities.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and qualified manner.
Maintain a high level of cleanliness in all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas. equipment for transportation or other services.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including using proper cleaning chemicals and attend to special requests from guests,



such as providing extra pillows or blankets.
Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Responsible Business
Maintain and order supplies and equipment in a timely and productive manner while minimizing waste and maintaining “green” initiatives (example: container recycling and cleaning agents).
May maintain procedures for security of lost and found items.
Perform other duties as assigned. May also serve as Supervisor on duty as per Hotel needs.
