About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Lambourne Partners' Wealth and be trained in our Reception and Administration position. In this full-time role we will be providing you with assistance to complete your Certificate III in Administration. You will be based in our Hamilton, NSW office and play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our team.

Key responsibilities
Greeting and welcoming visitors to the office in a friendly and skilled manner
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Assisting with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning and photocopying
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
Providing support to the wider team as required

About you
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people
Excellent organisational and time management skills




Experience in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
A willingness to learn and adapt to recent tasks and responsibilities
Completion of your Higher School Certificate
