We are seeking an experienced and reliable part time Semi trailer Loader and forklift driver to join our team for Tuesday and Saturday nights. The successful candidate will be responsible for unloading incoming refrigerated trucks, cross-docking freight, and safely and efficiently loading outgoing trucks in a rapid-paced depot environment.

Hours: Tuesday 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm & Saturday 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Employment type: Part time contract, ABN preferred
Experience: Previous loading experience essential
Forklift licence: Essential
Mass management experience: Highly regarded

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a forklift to unload incoming trucks
Load and unload freight efficiently and safely.
Perform cross-docking operations, moving freight directly from incoming to outgoing vehicles and chiller room.
Load outgoing trucks in the correct order,



ensuring freight is secure and ready for delivery.
Check and sort freight as required.
Ensure freight is handled carefully to prevent damage.

Skills & Requirements
Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or transport environment.
Current and valid forklift licence.
Experience loading and unloading trucks is essential.
Previous cross-docking or refrigerated freight-handling experience highly regarded.
Good attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Strong awareness of workplace health and safety.
Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of a busy refrigerated depot environment.
