About the Role

Greenworx is an established commercial landscaping business seeking an enthusiastic and organised Junior Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team at our Seven Hills head office.

This is an excellent chance for someone starting their career in accounts or looking to build on their administration experience. You'll receive on-the-job training and support while developing valuable accounting and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor customer accounts and follow up outstanding payments
Communicate professionally with customers via phone and email
Allocate and reconcile customer payments
Prepare monthly statements and maintain accurate account records
Assist with invoice queries and month-end reporting
Provide general support to the finance and administration team

About You:

We're looking for someone who brings:




Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident, skilled communication skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic Microsoft Excel skills
Some experience in administration, customer service or accounts (desirable)
Familiarity with Xero (advantageous but not essential)
