James Milson Village is seeking caring and enthusiastic volunteers to support and engage with residents in our aged care communities located in North Sydney and Woolwich.

As a Volunteer Companion, you'll help create meaningful moments for residents through conversation, social interaction, and participation in lifestyle activities. Your time and friendship can have a lasting impact on someone's day.
Volunteer Duties
Spend one-on-one time with residents
Assist with social and recreational activities
Support group events, games, and outings
Encourage participation and social connection
Share hobbies, skills, or interests with residents
Provide companionship to residents who may feel isolated
About You
Friendly, patient, and compassionate
Enjoy spending time with older people
Reliable and committed
Valuable communication skills
No previous volunteering experience required

National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
