Our client is seeking a Database Administrator (DBA) – Raiser’s Edge to play a pivotal role in supporting fundraising and marketing efforts through expert database management.

What You’ll Do:
Support marketing and fundraising campaigns with targeted data segmentation using Raiser’s Edge and SQL queries.
Manage data imports and integrity, ensuring best practice standards.




Drive data quality improvements across CRM and other platforms.
Work with third-party consultancies on automation and API integrations.
Contribute to the organisation’s 5-year data strategy, collaborating with senior stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:
3+ years’ experience in data management, ideally with Raiser’s Edge or similar CRM.
Strong SQL database skills with the ability to build and export complex queries.
A critical thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to explain data processes effectively.
A proactive approach to improving data procedures and analytics knowledge.

Desirable Skills:
Experience with business insights and analytics.
Exposure to Python for data automation and reporting.
