Senior Cyber Project Coordinator

$850 per day + super

Join a major cyber security transformation program and play a key role in driving project delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement across multiple initiatives. This is an excellent chance for an experienced Project Coordinator to contribute to high-impact technology and security projects within a large enterprise setting.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project activities, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Support governance forums, steering committees, and executive reporting.
Maintain RAID registers (risks, actions, issues, dependencies, and decisions).
Prepare status reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
Monitor project progress and identify potential delivery risks.




Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

Desired experience:
Experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO Coordinator, or Project Administrator role.
Background supporting technology, cyber security, infrastructure, or transformation programs.
Robust organisational and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with project governance, reporting, and RAID management.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Exposure to Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project is advantageous.
