The Employee’s duties include (but are not limited to):
Full management of store operations
Driving sales, profitability, and performance
Staff training, supervision, and rostering
Stock control, ordering, and supplier management
Cash handling, banking, and loss prevention
Customer service and maintaining brand standards
Ensuring compliance with food safety, WHS, and regulatory requirements
Financial oversight including budgets, wage control, and shrinkage management
Pay: $30.00 – $48.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
