Accounts Receivable Officer | c.

Four Quarters has partnered with a large, well-established business boasting an exceptional finance team who are seeking an experienced and highly organised Accounts Receivable Officer to take on a fast-paced, temporary role on a full-time basis.
This is a 'hands-on' role, suited to someone who has robust attention to detail and ledger management skills, and is confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding accounts and payments.
Job Specification:
Raising and processing customer invoicesProactive collections via phone and email, following up outstanding balancesMaintaining a clean,



accurate ledgerCash allocation and account reconciliationsBank reconciliationsHandling customer queries promptly and professionallyGeneral accounts and administrative duties as requiredHandle incoming phone enquiries and emailsOther ad-hoc tasks
Desired Skills / Experience:
At least 1 years' experience within Accounts Receivable / Credit ControlSAP experience desired but not essentialStrong MS Excel skillsOrganisational and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlinesExperience dealing with high volumes of invoices whilst maintaining accuracyConfident communicator with high levels of customer service
