We're building a driven, high-performing Back of House team including Chefs, Cooks, and Kitchen Porters.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen where quality, consistency, and teamwork are everything.Availability to work weekends, evenings, and late nights is essentialBringing energy, urgency, and a positive attitude to every serviceDelivering high-quality dishes with consistency, precision, and speed as part of our Kitchen TeamExperience as a Chef, Cook, or Kitchen Porter in a high-volume venue is highly regarded (but not essential for the right attitude)Following all food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards and proceduresHandling pressure in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detailKeeping a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen environment at all timesMaintaining high standards of food preparation, presentation,
