We’re on the hunt for a passionate, hands-on Front Of House, Bar Staff and Leadership Staff to join the team at New Northcote Brewhouse.

This is a customer-first, on-the-floor role for someone who thrives in busy services and genuinely loves outstanding beer, elevated pub dining and creating memorable guest experiences.

The Role

Supporting day-to-day operations, helping keep everything running smoothly.

This is a hands-on role; you’ll be out on the floor during service, backing your team, chatting with guests and helping set the tone each shift.

What You’ll Be Doing
Being a core member of the team and supporting busy services on the floor and behind the bar
Supporting the venue with day-to-day operations
Coaching, training and motivating the FOH team (if applying for the leadership role)
Keeping service, food and presentation standards high
Handling guest feedback with confidence and care




Assisting with stock control and service planning (if applying for the leadership role)
Helping drive a positive, team-first culture

What We’re Looking For
Experience within the hospitality industry
A customer-first mindset; you enjoy getting to know your locals and reading the room
Confidence in being a part of busy services
A genuinely hands-on approach; you’re happy to jump in wherever needed
A love of craft beer, great food and good hospitality
Solid communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
Availability across evenings and weekends
