Harvey Norman Flagship Auburn is seeking a Customer Experience & Tech Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers at our front counter. You will handle returns, repairs, faulty swap overs, and technical enquiries, ensuring customers feel supported and informed their issue is resolved quickly.

This quick-paced role requires problem-solving, calm and qualified service, and a willingness to work weekends and retail hours.
