Key responsibilities
Manage the venue with pride and professionalism under the Venue Manager
Ensure all staff are providing excellent service
Direct the staff at all times
Manage shift reporting and rosters in accordance with criteria
Train and develop the staff using our Standard Operating Procedures
Provide thorough and motivational briefings

About you
Solid operational knowledge in all facets of hospitality
Confident in shift reporting and managing rosters
Outstanding presentation and real presence
Happy to train and develop staff
Positive, enthusiastic, and a true leader
Senior team member with leadership experience
Above-market salary package
Substancial bonus structure paid weekly
Closed on the majority of public holidays including Christmas and NY.
