What You’ll Do

Your role will be wide-ranging, engaging, and hands-on, covering both daily operations and guest experience:

Lead Operations: Coordinate daily restaurant management operations to ensure a seamless service.

Deliver Excellence: Provide superior food and beverage service to maximize customer satisfaction.

Brand & Community Growth: Spend time managing social media, suggesting new ways to promote the brand in the local community, and helping organize restaurant events.

Audience Engagement: Recommend and implement strategies to reach a broader audience, such as promotions and social media ads.

Team Leadership: Train current and current staff on proper customer service practices.





Guest Relations: Respond efficiently and accurately to any customer feedback or complaints.

Quality Control: Regularly review product quality (and yes, food and wine tasting is part of the fun!).
