The role

As a FOH team member, you will deliver warm, attentive service and help create a memorable experience for every guest. Shifts will include evenings, weekends, and busy service periods.

Your responsibilities will include
Greeting and seating guests with genuine hospitality
Taking food and beverage orders and providing menu recommendations
Serving food and drinks, including wine service
Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming dining space
Communicating dietary requirements and allergies to the kitchen
Supporting the team during busy services and closing duties
Contributing to a positive, professional team culture

What we’re looking for
At least 1 year of hospitality experience
Current RSA certificate
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
A positive attitude, robust work ethic, and ability to work under pressure




Availability for evening and weekend shifts
Reliable transport to Hawthorn East
Full Australian work rights
Food and wine knowledge is an advantage, but not essential
