InterContinental Hotels & Resorts – Coogee NSW is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the Shutters Restaurant kitchen team. You will prepare signature dishes for the restaurant, pool bar and in-room dining, with a focus on presentation and high hygiene standards in a rapid-paced, team-oriented setting.

You should have 2+ years in a commercial kitchen, a Commercial Cookery/Culinary Arts qualification, and be available for a 7-day rotating roster.
