For this position it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications and work experience:
Master degree in Civil Engineering (AQF Level 9).
Demonstrated experience in civil or structural engineering within the residential building or civil construction industry, including site-based experience.
Sound working knowledge of the National Construction Code and relevant Australian Standards applicable to residential construction.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (or equivalent design software), Microsoft Excel and project scheduling tools.
Solid analytical, communication and negotiation skills for dealing with clients, consultants, certifiers, subcontractors and site staff.
General Construction Induction Card (White Card) and a current NSW driver's licence.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
