Management of a dedicated residential portfolio
Fostering strong, trust-based relationships with property owners and tenants
Providing clear, proactive communication and exceptional customer care
Working autonomously with the full backing of an experienced PM pod structure
Contributing positively to a high-performing team environment

What You Bring
1 years of experience in residential Property Management
Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
High attention to detail and sound knowledge of tenancy legislation
Proactive mindset, professional presentation, and a valid Driver’s Licence
