Opal HealthCare is seeking a Care Manager for the Berrinba Greens Care Community, located near Brisbane. You will partner with the General Manager and regional teams to deliver exceptional clinical care and lead high-performing teams.

Reporting to the GM, you will balance clinical governance with workforce capability and operational performance to ensure secure, person-centred care in line with Aged Care Act 2024 and AN-ACC requirements.
