You'll do it within a skilled, collaborative team that supports each other to do their best work.What you'll be working onOur current pipeline is anchored by a series of striking, design-led residential builds that are among the most architecturally significant homes currently under construction in Melbourne - alongside boutique multi-storey residential projects and a diverse commercial workbook spanning industrial, retail and mixed-use developments.In all of it, you'll be working closely with some of the city's most respected architectural and construction practices, and gaining access to advanced, highly specialised structural design knowledge that is rarely available outside firms of this calibre.Day to day, you'll beLeading structural design and documentation on high-profile architectural and commercial projectsCollaborating directly with leading architects and builders across a prestigious and varied project portfolioConducting site inspections and providing construction support on some of Melbourne's most notable current buildsContributing to peer reviews, independent certification,
