Social Futures Ltd in Tweed Heads is seeking a Program Worker, Connecting Home, for a part-time fixed-term position four days per week.
You will work with clients to provide intake, assessment and brief intervention supports as part of a multidisciplinary team.You will develop skills in assessments, maintain qualified boundaries, and contribute to wrap-around housing and social support services while building inclusive communities.
