At Baiada Poultry our primary objective is to provide our customers with the highest quality products and excellent service.The Sales representative is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with wholesale customers while driving sales growth across the assigned territory and customer base.
The role involves managing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities and services, and ensuring the customers receive a high level of service and support.Key Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customersIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow market share and increase revenueManage customer accounts and provide ongoing support to meet customer needs and expectationsPromote products and services to existing and prospective customers in a professional and persuasive mannerVisit customer sites regularly to build relationships, understand business requirements and strengthen customer loyaltyNegotiate sales, pricing and terms within company guidelines to achieve mutually beneficial outcomesAchieve or exceed sales targetsMonitor market trends,
