What you will be doing & deliveringAs Production Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing packing operations, and leading, motivating, and supporting a team safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely alongside our Production Manager you will be hands-on in managing the day-to-day operations across our packing and production areas.What you will be doingSupervising and coordinating packing teams to meet KPIs, quality, and customer order timeframesOperating packing machinery and equipment, and assisting with fruit packing as requiredMonitoring performance and productivity, using data to plan and adjust packing requirementsProviding training, coaching,
