You will oversee field execution, coordinate scaffolding, cranage, temporary facilities, and contractor partners, while driving safety and performance standards.Reporting to the Area Manager, you will mentor frontline leaders, drive planning and daily execution, and ensure resources are available for construction, shutdowns, commissioning, and readiness.
