Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a major transformation program, working across business, operations and technology teams from requirements through to UAT and go-live.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process mapping
Develop user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows
Support and coordinate UAT across business teams
Drive operational readiness and go-live activities
Partner with business, product and technology stakeholders
Skills Required:
5+ years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst
Insurance or financial services experience is essential
Robust requirements gathering and process analysis skills
Hands-on UAT and testing experience
Experience delivering complex transformation initiatives
Strong Agile delivery experience
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
General insurance or motor insurance experience highly regarded
