and equipment procurementProactively resolve site issues and maintain project momentumMaintain accurate and detailed daily site recordsEnsure works are delivered on time and to a high standardEnforce WHS compliance and maintain a protected working environmentEnsure all works comply with drawings, specifications, Australian Standards, and regulationsAbout YouProven experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential or commercial buildsStrong attention to detail, particularly with finishes and architectural elementsHighly organised with strong time management skillsReliable, proactive, and solutions-focusedConfident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholdersQualifications & RequirementsWhite CardTrade background (Cert III in Carpentry preferred) orCert IV / Diploma in Construction Management
