Our clients rely on us to send the right carer, at the right time, every time, and our rostering team is at the centre of that.About the roleAs a Rostering Coordinator, you'll be part of a small, close-knit rostering team, reporting to our Rostering Team Leader.
Your focus is the day-to-day roster: making sure every client gets the right carer at the right time, and keeping things running smoothly when plans change.
You'll have the support and guidance of an experienced team leader, so you can focus on doing great rostering.We're also recruiting a Rostering Team Leader at the same time.

professional wayKeep carer availability and client details accurate and up to dateWork with Care Consultants on recent client starts and service changesFollow SCHADS Award and compliance requirements when building rostersCheck timesheets and shift data to support accurate payrollEscalate complex issues to the Rostering Team Leader and contribute ideas to improve how we workAbout youRostering, scheduling or coordination experience, ideally in home care, aged care, NDIS or community servicesHighly organised, with strong attention to detailCalm and solution-focused when things change quicklyWarm, clear communicator on the phoneComfortable learning new software (ShiftCare experience a bonus)Understanding of the SCHADS Award is an advantageCare work experience is a bonus.
