The Hotel Manager will lead the venue and is responsible for ensuring all areas of the hotel operate efficiently, professionally, safely and profitably.This is a hands-on position requiring a strong presence throughout the venue which include a large bistro, multiple function/event spaces, large sports bar with TAB facilities, multiple outdoor spaces and a gaming area.A Hotel Manager will ensure a commitment to providing an excellent customer experience.Key responsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of the venueLead the venue and ensure all areas operate efficiently, professionally, safely and profitablyMaintain a strong presence throughout the venue with a hands-on approachLiaise with hotel & event management,
