Tuga Pastries Australia in Sydney is seeking a hands-on bakery production team member to craft our full signature range of artisan breads, including sourdoughs and specialty loaves.
You will mix, knead, shape, prove and bake, monitoring fermentation and oven development to keep every bake consistent.You'll maintain HACCP hygiene, keep a clean prep station, and support and mentor junior bakers as our production crew scales with recent stores.
