EXPERIENCED BARISTA~ Ket Baker Pop Up Geelong

About Us: Ket Baker is bringing its bakery to Geelong with a brand-new pop-up store. Expect fresh bread, pastries and serious coffee. We’re building a small, tight crew to launch it, and we need a gun barista to run the machine.

The role: You’ll work Monday to Saturday from roughly 8:30am to 1:30pm (versatile based on candidates), with Sundays and afternoons free. It’s a fast, busy pop-up, so you’ll be the go-to coffee person, keeping quality spot-on while the queue builds.

What you’ll do:
Pump out consistent, high-quality coffee during the morning breakfast and lunch rush
Dial in the grinder and keep the machine in top shape
Give rapid, friendly service and help build a regular local crowd
Pitch in wherever needed in a small team: register, serving and packing down

What we’re looking for:
Solid barista experience in a high-volume café (minimum 1–2 years)
You thrive under pressure. A long line keeps you sharp, not flustered
Excellent milk texturing and latte art
Reliable, punctual and available Monday to Saturday, 8:30am–1:30pm
A can-do attitude that suits a small crew
You are a team player
