Experienced Cook – Busy Café & Central Kitchen

We are looking for a fast, reliable and experienced Cook to join our team at ELIXIR, a busy and quick-paced café and central kitchen in Sydney CBD.

Our kitchen operates at high volume, preparing fresh food for our cafés and catering operations. We need someone who can work efficiently under pressure, maintain consistent food quality and keep up with a demanding kitchen setting.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food efficiently in a high-volume kitchen.
Handle food preparation for daily café service and central kitchen production.
Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation and portion control.
Work quickly and effectively during busy service periods.
Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic workstation.
Follow recipes, preparation procedures and food safety standards.
Work independently and as part of a busy kitchen team.

What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Cook in a busy café, restaurant or commercial kitchen is essential.
Fast, efficient and able to work under pressure.
Reliable,



punctual and hardworking.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and manage high-volume food preparation.
Valuable teamwork and communication skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
