WE'RE HIRING – FEMALE DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKER

Life Caring WA is looking for a reliable, compassionate and motivated Casual Disability Support Worker to join our growing team.

About the role:
Supporting a young female participant in her daily routine and within the community
Assisting with morning routines, getting ready for school and school drop-offs
Building rapport and providing companionship
Engaging in fun, meaningful and age-appropriate activities
Encouraging social participation, independence and community access
Providing a protected, positive and supportive setting

Availability required:
Mondays mornings
Tuesdays mornings
Thursdays mornings
Some weekends

Essential requirements:
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Working with Children Check
Current First Aid certificate
Current CPR certificate
Reliable, caring and proactive attitude

Experience in disability support is preferred but not essential. The right attitude, reliability and a genuine willingness to learn are what matter most.
