EdwardsAndCo seeks an experienced Facility Manager for a small residential aged care home in rural NSW, approx. one hour from Tamworth.

The role starts on a contract basis with a view to permanent employment for the right candidate, and travel and accommodation are covered. You will lead day-to-day operations, support a caring team, and ensure compliance with quality standards while building relationships with residents, families and the local community.
