About You

You are confident, organised, and passionate about high-quality childcare and early learning programs. You understand both operational and educational aspects of running a successful childcare service.

You bring
Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
A genuine passion for child development and early learning
Strong curriculum planning, documentation, and EYLF implementation skills
Knowledge of National Quality Standards (NQS) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
Excellent communication, coaching, and team leadership skills
Positive, reliable, and collaborative approach
Robust understanding of child protection legislation

The Chance





Working closely with the Centre Director/Approved Provider, you will:
Support daily centre operations and staffing coordination
Assist with Assessment & Rating preparation and regulatory compliance
Mentor and guide educators and Room Leaders in curriculum planning and program quality
Drive continuous improvement through the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
Support family engagement, enrolments, and centre administration
Contribute to occupancy growth and overall centre performance
