About The Role The successful candidates will commence as an on-hired employee, with hours from 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday and additional overtime as required. There is a potential to move into a permanent role after the successful completion of a probationary period and pre-employment checks.

Duties
Inbound and outbound calls
Confirm and enter job details
Liaise with Project Managers and other stakeholders

Skills And Experience
Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced role (insurance or construction industry highly beneficial)
Strong computer skills and able to use internal systems
Excellent attention to detail
Organised and excellent time management skills
Ability to multitask
Motivated and proactive
