$50 p/hour | Melbourne | Temporary Position | Ideal for WHV or those looking for short-term opportunitiesFour Quarters have partnered with a large, well-established business boasting an exceptional finance team who are seeking a confident and experienced Credit Controller to take on a fast-paced, temporary role on a full‐time basis.This is a 'hands-on' role, suited to someone who has solid attention to detail and ledger management skills, and is confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding accounts and payments.Job Specification:Take ownership of your ledger and keep accounts within agreed credit termsProactively follow up outstanding debt via phone and emailBuild strong relationships with customers to achieve desired outcomesNegotiate payment plans and follow through on agreed arrangementsInvestigate discrepancies and resolve account queriesProcess credit claims and maintain accurate customer recordsSupport month-end activities and credit reportingCollaboration with finance and sales team teams to ensure cohesionOther ad‐hoc tasksDesired Skills / Experience:At least 1 years' experience within Accounts Receivable / Credit ControlSAP experience desired but not essentialStrong MS Excel skillsOrganisational and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlinesConfident communicator with high levels of customer serviceBenefits:Hours: full-time (9am - 5pm)Free, onsite parkingWeekly payCanteen and staff facilities
